Tom Holland Spiderman Workout & Diet

Tom Holland is the new Spider-man in the upcoming movie Spider-man Homecoming. Before this marvel flick Tom also starred in the film The Impossible and did a cameo appearance in Captain America: Civil War. We have every reason to believe that he is best to play the challenging role of Spider-man. He has the flexibility and strength to perform the kick-ass stunts required for the role. He has been hard at work and giving full dedication towards his training routine and workout. He shared some of the videos of his training on his Instagram account. Just keep in mind unlike all Super heroes Spider man always had a thinner build. So his workouts and diet mainly focuses on strength and flexibility and not on bulking. So let us look at Tom Holland's training regime.

Height: 5 ft 8 in or 173 cm
Weight: 64 kg or 141 pounds
Chest: 38 inch
Biceps: 13 inch
Waist: 31 inch
Workout routine


Tom Holland's workout consists of Strength training, flexibility training and aerobic exercises because this is what the role required. Unlike other Super heroes Spider man doesn't require bulky physique. The workout routine consists of elevation masks, burpees, boxing, Flip Kicks, B-Twist, sledge hammer hit and circuit training. Apart from the workout Tom loves outdoors surfing, playing basketball, hiking, playing golf, and doing crazy gymnastic stunts.

Tom is also taking the help of Electronic Muscle Stimulation (EMS), which is a form of physical therapy for toning and strengthening muscles. "It is 20 minutes of absolute hell," Tom said.

Diet plan 

Despite of being naturally lean Tom needs to watch his diet carefully. He tries to avoid junk food and drinks adequate amount of water required. He eats a balanced diet which consists of Proteins, Carbohydrates and fats. "Tom just needed to look extra fit in the Spidy suit".
